2 pp. 12×9, lithographed illustration of a busy Rio beach. N.p.: Moore-McCormack Lines, April 27, 1959.
Lithograph by C.A. Rosser in lush colors of the beach in Rio, replete with striped umbrellas, cabanas, and lithe swimmers. The S.S. Brasil was on its way from Buenos Aires to Santos, and the menu of dishes like Buenos Aires’ Anchoa a la San Sebastian, braised partridge in wine kraut, and parfait Cubana is printed in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Fine – a striking lithograph.
